Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of EzLayers — accounts, credits and subscriptions, ownership of your uploads and exports, acceptable use, and our liability.

Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of EzLayers. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using EzLayers on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
Accounts
Please keep your registration details accurate and up to date. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure, since anything done through it counts as done by you. Accounts are for one person unless your plan says otherwise — if you need seats for a team, talk to us rather than sharing a login.
Credits and Subscriptions
Access to layer separation is priced in credits, as described on our pricing page.
- Credits are a prepaid entitlement to use the service. They hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Credits granted with a subscription are allocated for a billing period and expire at the end of it. Credits bought as a pack expire on the schedule stated at purchase.
- Credits are held when a run begins and deducted on successful delivery. A run that fails because of a fault on our side is not charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Pricing, plan structure, credit costs and included limits may change as the product develops. Changes take effect from your next billing period, and we'll give you notice before they do, so you can decide whether to continue.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Your Content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You do not transfer any rights in your images to us by using the service.
To operate the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, reformat and process your uploads and the files generated from them, solely so that we can provide, secure and support the service for you. This licence lasts only as long as we hold the files and ends when they are deleted.
We do not use this licence to publish or promote your work. If you separately choose to submit work to us for a testimonial, case study or similar purpose, you grant us permission to display that work in connection with it.
You are responsible for what you upload. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to every image you submit, and that processing it through the service does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, and does not break any law.
Output
Subject to your compliance with these terms and to your payment obligations being current, the layers, masks and exported files the service produces from your uploads are yours to use, including commercially. We claim no ownership over them.
Because the service is automated, we make no guarantee that output is unique. Similar inputs from different users may produce similar results, and we may generate comparable output for other people.
Acceptable Use
These limits exist so the service stays usable for everyone and stays on the right side of the law. Please don't use EzLayers to:
- upload or process content you do not have the rights to;
- create, process or distribute unlawful content, including material that is sexually exploitative of minors;
- process images of people in a way that is deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or that misrepresents them;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive the underlying models, prompts or systems;
- resell, white-label or provide the service to third parties except through a plan that permits it;
- circumvent credit limits, rate limits, quotas or access controls;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, our infrastructure, or other users' use of it;
- introduce malware or any other harmful code.
If something looks like it breaches this section, we may need to review it and, where necessary, limit or remove it. We'll tell you where we reasonably can — though in cases of clear abuse, or where the law requires us to act first, we may not be able to.
Availability and Changes to the Service
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The product changes — we may add, modify, suspend or retire any part of it, including features, formats, limits and integrations, and we'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can. We can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that output will meet your expectations or suit a particular purpose.
Separation quality depends on the input. We do not guarantee a specific number of layers, a specific level of accuracy, or a particular result for any given image.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party providers for hosting, processing, payment and delivery. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, downtime or changes, and we may change providers at our discretion.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if the law requires it, or if we retire the service. Where the situation allows, we'll let you know first.
Once access ends, your right to use the service stops, your files may be deleted, and unused credits are no longer available — except where our Refund Policy applies.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:
We provide the service without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or files, business interruption, or the cost of replacement services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at what you paid us in the three months before it arose, and in any case at no less than USD 50. Because a claim is capped this way, please keep your own copies of work that matters to you.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees. In practice this only comes up where someone uploads work they had no right to use.
Governing Terms
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may change as the product and the law do. The current version is always on this page with its date, we'll flag material changes rather than leaving you to spot them, and continuing to use the service after a change means the updated terms apply.
