Overview
At EzLayers, we strive to provide our users with the best layer separation and design export experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a subscription or credit pack purchase.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet both of the following criteria:
- Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase. After this period, we cannot process any refund requests.
- Credit Usage: If you have used more than 20 credits from your purchased plan or pack, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at
support@ezlayers.comfrom the email address associated with your EzLayers account. - Provide Details: Include your account email, order/invoice number, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request.
- Submit Promptly: Ensure your request is submitted within 3 days of your initial transaction.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your account's usage logs and notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a third-party payment processing fee not exceeding six percent (6%) of the initial payment.
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Failed Separations
A separation run that fails due to a system error on our platform is never charged. Credits are held temporarily when processing starts and only deducted upon successful delivery of your layers.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any change is published on this page with a new effective date, and applies only to purchases made after that date — a purchase is always judged by the policy in force when you made it.
